    On-site walkthrough. Document what you have, what's broken, what's missing.
  2. [2/4] Proposal
    Fixed-fee or per-seat pricing with a written scope. No bait-and-switch line items.
  3. [3/4] Onboard
    Inventory, monitoring agents, documentation, credential rotation. Usually 2–3 weeks.
  4. [4/4] Steady state
    Monthly review, quarterly strategic session, annual budget planning.
